She founded Learning Edge Insights to bridge the gap between training and business success. Her approach blends instructional design, behavioral science, and strategic planning to create learning that sticks and drives results.
Bernadette is also the creator of the EDGE Learning Model, a proprietary framework that guides all client engagements and ensures learning is always tied to performance, behavior change, and business outcomes.
